With one or more of our service/support programs in place, you can rest assured that you will experience limited downtime and maintain a high level of productivity from your AV presentation solution. Our programs are designed to assist with installation, deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of your presentation solution environment.

Support Warranty

Our initial warranty period is one year and includes our Basic Support plan. All support is provided via phone and email, with our technical experts responding to requests within 24 hours. We also post updates to our website for quick access to the very latest technical information.

If you wish to augment your warranty coverage, we offer two additional plans: a Standard Site Support Agreement and an Express Exchange Uplift. The Standard Site Support Agreement provides email support, two-hour callback telephone support, and Express Exchange Service. (Express Exchange Service allows us to quickly exchange any faulty equipment through the manufacturer.) This ensures your system is always up-to-date and performing at the highest level possible.

The Express Exchange Uplift expedites repairs and provides a 48-hour replacement time.
