KlassTech provides you with the resources needed to ensure successful product rollouts and to protect your investment in presentation solution technology. With a KlassTech service and support program in place, you can rest assured that you will limit expensive downtime and maintain the high level of productivity expected from your presentation solution deployment. KlassTech’s technical support and hardware warranty programs are designed to assist with the installation, deployment, configuration and troubleshooting of your presentation solution environment, and to provide decreased downtime through our Express Exchange Service.



KlassTech Basic Support Warranty

KlassTech’s initial warranty period is 1-year and includes Basic Support.  During the warranty period, all support is performed via Phone and email. KlassTech’s technical experts will reply to your email support requests within 24 hours. KlassTech posts updates to our web site for quick access to the very latest technical information. You may choose to augment your warranty coverage by purchasing a Standard Site Support Agreement to ensure your KlassTech Presentation Solution products are always up-to-date and performing at the highest level possible.

Express Exchange Uplift – Customers can purchase uplift services for Express Exchange that expedites the repairs and provides a 48-hour replacement time.

KlassTech Standard Site Support Agreement

To complement the original warranty, KlassTech offers Standard Site Support. Clients may purchase a KlassTech Standard Site Support contract. This program provides not only email support but also 2-hour callback telephone support and Express Exchange service.

On-site Consulting and Technical Services
